The new Homefinder Somerset website (www.homefindersomerset.co.uk) and online application form went live on Monday.
Since Monday 2,365 applicants have logged into the new website, and 57 homes are currently being advertised – with 126 bids having been placed so far for the most popular of these. Please click here to see details of homes being advertised this week.
Applicants logging into the new website
Applicants logging into the new website for the first time will have to create a new password first. They will then use their email address and new password to login. To do this applicants need to:
- Click ‘Sign In’
- On the login page, click ‘Already registered without a password?’
- Enter their Homefinder Somerset reference number and date of birth
- Click ‘Continue’
- Enter and confirm their email address
- Applicants will then receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with a link that they can use to create a new password
Applicants who need to update their application details
Please note that for the time-being applicants updating their application will have to fully complete a blank application form. We will be working with the new IT provider over the next few weeks to develop a form that pre-populates their key basic information (e.g. name, date of birth, NI number, previous addresses etc.).
