NHS Engagement Bulletin 14th August 2019

Out and About

Our new Engagement Lead Officer, Emily Taylor, has been out talking to people in Burnham on Sea about their views on health services. She attended the Sedgemoor PlayDay in Apex Park on 7 August and in partnership with Healthwatch Somerset, recorded over 70 experiences.

Gill  said that she has recently contacted NHS 111 and found them to be extremely supported and gave her great advice when contacting them about her Granddaughter who has type 1 diabetes.

Want to come and tell us about your experiences? Emily and Julie Hill (Digital Programme Officer)  will be at the Taunton Ambulance Station Open Day from 11am-4pm on Sunday 18 August. Please do drop in to say hi and let them know about any experiences you have had (good or bad).
